Andrea Ronaldi is a Realtor and lifelong resident of Southern Maryland who enjoys working with buyers, sellers, and renters during times of transition—whether that means purchasing a first home, selling a longtime one, or finding the right rental while planning the next step. She believes real estate doesn’t have to feel overwhelming and takes pride in helping clients understand the process, stay organized, and move forward with confidence.
Andrea's clients include first-time and repeat buyers and sellers, those relocating into or out of Southern Maryland for new careers, retirement, estate sales, and buyers in for-sale-by -owner transactions so she understands that each situation comes with its own priorities and timelines. Andrea has also represented sellers whose homes needed anything from simple touch-ups to more extensive renovations, coordinating preparation and timelines to bring properties to market successfully.
Licensed since 2019, Andrea holds the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation. She works with a wide range of property types, including waterfront, single-family, townhomes, condominiums, and new home construction from lot selection to keys.
Before transitioning to real estate full time, Andrea spent 34 years teaching mathematics at the College of Southern Maryland. Teaching shaped the way she works today—providing clients with clear information, answering questions, and supporting informed decision-making throughout the process. Andrea completed her real estate licensing coursework at CSM and balanced both careers for several years before retiring from teaching and focusing fully on real estate.
Andrea has represented buyers, sellers, and renters across a wide range of price points and approaches every client and property with the same level of care, preparation, and attention to detail regardless of the transaction amount.
